John Boy and Billy Honored With NCAB 2017 Hall of Fame Award

LOS ANGELES, June 19, 2017–  Last week, Premiere Networks-syndicated personalities John Boy and Billy were honored with The North Carolina Association of Broadcasters’ 2017 Hall of Fame Award for their outstanding contributions to the broadcast industry in North Carolina.  

The Charlotte-based hosts of The Big Show were among five honorees at the NCAB Awards Luncheon in Durham, N.C., including fellow Hall of Fame Award recipient Gregg Fishel, Chief Meteorologist at WRAL-TV in Raleigh, N.C.; Distinguished Service Award recipient Steve Hammel, Vice President & General Manager at WRAL-TV & WRAZ-TV in Raleigh, NC; and Wade H. Hargrove Community Leadership Award recipient Dan Vallie, founder and president of the National Radio Talent Institute.   More details are available here.
